This class is designed for anyone seeking balance, calm, and mindful movement, no prior experience required. Each session blends gentle sequences, breathwork (pranayama), and intentional movement to build strength, flexibility, and energy flow. Classes conclude with deep relaxation, leaving you restored, centered, and at ease.
